WHEN IS IT?
Northolt 10K Run takes place on November 13, Sunday at 10am.
WHERE IS IT?
The event takes place at Northala Fields Park, Kensington Road, Northolt, Greater London, UB5 6UR.
HOW TO GET THERE?
Bus: E10 stops on Kensington Rd, routes 90, 120, 140 and 282 to the Target Roundabout
Tube: Northolt (Central Line) on Mandeville Rd, approximately 800m walk
Parking: Two car parks on Kensington Rd and the A40 slip road to Target Roundabout approaching from the east.
There is limited parking space available at the Northala Park and parking charges are applied. We strongly recommend using the public transport if possible.
Cycling and walking: Open 24 hours to pedestrians and cyclists. There are a number of bicycle locking stands located throughout the park.
EVENT TIMELINE
- Registration Open - 8:30 – 9:30
- Warm up - 9:30
- Pre-run Briefing - 9:45
- Pipe Band - 9:55
- 10K Run Start - 10:00
- Prize Distribution - 11:30
- Event Close - 14:00
OTHER INFO
- Upon arrival, please come to the registration desk to collect your t-shirt and BIB number.
- Baggage drop will be available.
- Toilets are available at the cafe.
- There will be no food stall. Please bring your own food as a dry picnic.
- All finishing participants will receive a medal, water and banana.
COURSE ROUTE
The course is multi laps which takes in both Northala and Rectory park. Starting approx 70m south of the cafe. The route takes an anticlockwise loop behind the four large mounds.
Head out for two clockwise loops of Rectory Park, then return to the Northala for a clockwise loop behind the four large mounts, then left before the children playing monument to heads out for a final clockwise loop of Rectory Park, then back to Northala and finishing at same place of start.

WHAT DO WINNERS GET?
Winners from each age category will be given trophies. All participants will receive a medal and t-shirt.
1st Female winner from 16-39 category also gets a free entry to Everest Marathon in May 2023.

HOW FAST DO I HAVE TO BE?
CAN I RUN VIRTUALLY?
Of course! Email us a proof of your run to info@nepalrun.org by 20 Nov 2022 and we will send you your medal and t-shirt.
Virtual runners will not be eligible for prizes.
Health & Safety
- Please do not attend the event if you have any covid symptoms or tested positive. We would recommend you to do a virtual run instead.
- Dogs and headphones are not allowed during the run.
